Yavuz Tanyeli

Yavuz Tanyeli was born in 1950 in Trabzon, Turkey. After he graduates from DGALESYO graphic design, he exhibited his artwork in various galleries and solo and group exhibitions. His works is on permenant display at leading public and private museums. Tanyeli’s blunt expression of form and heavily impastoed canvases become a motif for the chaotic, an affliction which creates further unease. His paints reaches out to grab the viewer, who occupies the interstices between the canvas.
